My Favorite Treadmill Workout

Before my wedding in 2007, I ran across a treadmill workout in Shape magazine. I prefer the treadmill over the elliptical because I feel like I get a harder workout, but I get pretty bored walking and running in one place for long periods of time. This workout was perfect because you are constantly changing the speed and the incline every few minutes, and doing different exercises the entire time. The best part about it is, after your 40 minute workout, you will burn 300-400 calories! The workout is pretty self-explanatory, but I included a picture of the "walking lunge" that you do during this workout below so you know exactly the angle you want to achieve.
