WEEKLY WEIGH IN

I have been out of town since Sunday. We don't return until NEXT SUNDAY! Dieting on the road is so hard for me. I haven't seen a scale all week, so I don't have any numbers for you today. Good thing is, I am on the gulf coast and I have all the freshest seafood in my reach, so I need to stick to the grilled seafood and stay away from the fried.
