WW Journey

Parmesan-Turkey Meatloaf

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon
    1 Onion
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 1/4 pound
    Wheat bread (4 slices), - made into fine crumbs (I used half crackers and that's why my points are more)
    Skim Milk, 1/2 cup
    1 Egg
    Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
    3 garlic cloves
    Basil, .5 tsp
    some dashes of worcestershire sauce
    1 can of tomatoes
    dash of dijon mustard
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Preheat the oven to 350F, spray an 8x5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, combine everything and blend well. Throw into the pan. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 min. Let stand 10 min before slicing.

WE RATED THIS A 10! It was a delish. You do need more salt and pepper...I always had extra seasons like garlic and onion. It was VERY GOOD!
