QUAIL

So over the weekend my husband went on a quail hunt and brought back tons of meat. Quail is only 2 points for 2oz! I grilled the quail last night and it was SIMPLE and fast and turned out delish! Here's the easy steps below.

I marinated half the meat in Italian dressing and half in BBQ

I took lean bacon (haha) and used a pick to help it stay on the bird

Grilled it over medium heat for 13 minutes and BAM delish and easy!
